feat(medusa, utils): Allow object feature flags (#4701)

Feature flags can be set as follows:

**Environment variables**

MEDUSA_FF_ANALYTICS=true
MEDUSA_FF_WORKFLOWS=createProducts,addShippingMethods
```

**Project config**
