feat(pricing, types): PriceSets as entry point to pricing module (#4978)

What:
- Adds PriceSet, PriceSetMoneyAmount, updates schema
- Adds service/repo for PriceSet
- Shifts entry point to use PriceSet
- Updates link/joiner config
