Move fulfillment workflow events to be with other workflow events.
Could be considered a breaking change for users using the previously `FulfillmentEvents` variable
The return value below the example for the `calculatePrice` method is shown correctly as `CalculatedShippingOptionPrice` but the example is not updated in the guide "How to Create a Fulfillment Provider Module"

Add support for event emitting in the fulfillment module
